Residential Assisted Living House is looking to hire a Live-In House Manager.

Job Description
Oversee a house operations. Administer medications as prescribed by physician. Record residents' vitals. Direct residents in simple prescribed exercises and in the use of braces or artificial limbs. Maintain records of resident care, condition, progress, and problems in order to report and discuss observations with a supervisor or care manager.  Provide residents with physical assistance when transferring in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs or automobiles, and with dressing, toileting, bathing and grooming. Change bed linens, wash residents' laundry, and clean residents' quarters. Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to residents to keep them mentally healthy and alert. Cook and serve meals to residents, according to prescribed diets. Produce documents for residents (such as medication administration records, menus, care notes, service plans, etc.)
Keep a record of the care given.
Report any change in condition or any concerns to the care Manager.
Follow infectious disease precautions to prevent the spread of organisms.
